Inside Brickmans Restaurant and Bar, the Miracle pop-up brings kitschy holiday decor and creative Christmas-themed cocktails served in collectible mugs. Omni La Costa Resort & Spa
At Blitzen’s Bar, running until December 30, you’ll find holiday cocktails crafted by Julie Reiner, a cocktail pro and Netflix Drink Masters judge. The cozy space, complete with tinsel and neon holiday signs, features cocktails like the tropical “Frost Bite” and the wintry “Tidings of Whiskey & Joy,” paired with bites like “Reindeer Nuggets” (truffled olives) and popcorn garlands.

Veranda at Rancho Bernardo Inn
The Veranda has joined the Miracle pop-up lineup, offering a full menu of seasonal drinks. Classics like hot buttered rum share the spotlight with fun, festive concoctions like the Christmasaurus, a creative blend of rum, mezcal, pineapple syrup, and a host of holiday flavors.

Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa
The Frosty Saddle lounge inside Greenfinch Bar is decked out for the holidays through January 4. Signature drinks include the Jingle Bell Bomb with gin and a peppermint cocktail bomb, plus nonalcoholic sippers like the Jewel with strawberry-sage syrup and sparkling water.

Cutwater Tasting Room and Kitchen
This Miramar spot has transformed into the Winter Lodge for December, with themed photo ops and a cocktail menu featuring the spiced cranberry Yule Mule, a Tiki Toddy, and even frozen peppermint White Russians.

The Duck Dive
Pacific Beach gets into the holiday spirit with a Dickens-themed cocktail pop-up. The Duck Dive is serving drinks like the Berry Christmas, Everyone! The Grass Skirt

University Heights’ Park & Rec has turned into “Park & ReXmas,” complete with warm spiced drinks, holiday mugs, and a weekend market featuring local vendors. Expect guest bartenders and creative cocktails throughout the season.

The Lafayette Hotel & Club
The Lafayette is all about maximalist holiday decor, festive drinks, and even carolers and Santa appearances on weekends. Grab a Hot Toddy or a holiday-themed Old Fashioned at the lobby bar and soak in the cheer.
