A particular new construction neighborhood caught our eye and we wanted a realtor to advise and advocate for us. As the new home neighborhood progressed the builder decided to not offer an agent commission. Bern generously kept advising and talking to us even when there was no financial incentive to do so.
Eventually we grew tired of the builder's antics and decided to look for a private resale house. Bern was ready and willing to help us on our journey. This was my first time buying a home and Bern tolerated my plethora of questions with grace. Our first three offers were not accepted, but we stuck with it and on our fourth offer we were accepted.
