The developers of the Merge 56 project were hoping to get on the San Diego City Council agenda this month and get their approval but it appears this has been delayed until the end of February. They are still hoping to break ground this summer with Residential opening in 2019 and Commercial to open in 2020. The project would contain a movie theatre, restaurants, retail, office and residential in a village style shopping center.
